Care at home

Home care means that you can benefit from personalised rehabilitation, massage, Pilates or fitness sessions without having to travel. Whether for medical or practical reasons, or to make the most of your time, I'll come straight to your home to help you achieve your health, fitness and well-being goals.

Home care
“Professional care, without constraints, in your own environment.”

Description

Home care is aimed at people who have limited access to treatments because they have difficulties with mobility. It also meets the needs of those who prefer the comfort of their own home, who want to optimise their schedule or benefit from personalised support in a familiar environment.

Whether it's for rehabilitation, to relieve pain with a therapeutic massage, to regain confidence and tonicity with Pilates sessions, or to stay in shape with a personalised fitness programme, each offer is tailor-made to suit your needs, your objectives and the space available at your home.

I bring all the equipment needed to ensure the quality and safety of the treatment. For certain services, it may be useful to provide a small amount of personal equipment, such as a towel for the massage table or a specific cream in case of allergy or special treatment.

If necessary, I can also recommend additional equipment so that you can practise the exercises on your own between sessions and prolong the effects of the treatments in your daily life.

All the services offered at home - rehabilitation, massage, Pilates, fitness - are detailed further down on this page. You can book your appointment online in just a few clicks.

I'm here to listen to you and offer you professional, attentive care tailored to your abilities, in the comfort of your own home.
