Rheumatology
Rheumatology rehabilitation is aimed at people suffering from joint pain, stiffness or chronic inflammatory pathologies. Through personalized care, it helps to maintain mobility, relieve symptoms and improve quality of daily life.

Description
Rheumatology rehabilitation supports people suffering from chronic joint or inflammatory pathologies such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy or persistent tendonitis. These conditions lead to pain, stiffness, loss of mobility and sometimes reduced independence.
Physiotherapy aims to preserve or restore joint amplitude, strengthen stabilizing muscles, maintain tissue flexibility and reduce pain linked to inflammation or mechanical overload.
Sessions are designed to be gentle, progressive and respectful of joint fatigue. As a physiotherapist, I take care to adapt the techniques to the phases of the disease, whether it's an inflammatory flare up or a period of calm, to ensure effective and reassuring support.
