About Me
My name is Lara. I'm French, passionate about sport and health, and deeply committed to caring for others. Becoming a physiotherapist has always been an obvious choice for me: A profession that combines my core values, my love of movement and my desire to make an active contribution to people's well-being.
A sportswoman at heart, I practise several disciplines that help me feel in harmony with my body and mind. I like to pass on this energy and body awareness to my patients, offering them a holistic approach that is therapeutic, preventive and long-lasting.
For me, the patient-therapist relationship is essential: I take the time to listen, understand and adapt each treatment to the whole person.
My approach goes beyond rehabilitation: I strive to create a balance between care, movement and vitality. For me, promoting good health means helping people to regain confidence in their bodies, prevent relapses and achieve their full potential in everyday life.

Training and experience
Trained in France, I followed a demanding and comprehensive curriculum. After a year in medicine, I joined a physiotherapy training institute in Lille, where I studied for four years.
This training, both theoretical and practical, enabled me to develop solid skills in all areas of medicine: Paediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, rheumatology, musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, traumatology, cardiology, etc.
During these years, I did a lot of practical training, which gave me varied experience of working with patients with very different needs.
After graduating, I went into private practice in Frankfurt, Germany. I then moved to Slovenia, where I now live and work. Here I perform physiotherapy at home and in private practice, as a self-employed professional, following the full recognition of my diploma and my registration in the Slovenian national register.

As well as physiotherapy, I have a level 2 diploma in emergency care, and I am a trained Pilates instructor (training taken in Toulouse).
I like to gradually combine rehabilitation with sports activities, so as to prolong the benefits and offer a more dynamic, attractive and sustainable approach for my patients.
My aim is to offer professional, personalised and caring support, based on solid medical foundations, enriched by regular exercise and a global vision of health.
